MAFS groom Anthony reveals what he's looking for in a partner ahead of joining the experiment

Anthony is an old-school romantic and he's ready for love. We've caught our first look at the 38-year-old and we already can't wait for him to be matched.

"I'll always pay when we go out for dinner. I'll always lead when we dance. I definitely am an old-school romantic and I'm not afraid to show that," he said in an introductory video, which you can watch above.

Anthony, who stands at six-foot-four, is looking for a woman who can match his drive and excitement for life. While he works in sales by day, by night Anthony enters the ring as pro wrestler Tommy Hellfire.

"Even if it is a little bit silly, it's a passion," he said.

But in addition to his two jobs, Anthony believes being a father to his nine-year-old daughter Gabriella is how he defines who is.

"She means the absolute world to me. My daughter is on the spectrum and she sees the world in her own beautiful way," he said.

"I feel like crying now talking about my daughter. She's amazing."

Anthony isn't the only MAFS participant we've been given an insight into. Thirty-year-old Jackson is also looking to find lasting love.

The plumber from Victoria grew up with a single mum and two sisters which he believed to have "shaped me in a positive light".

In his introductory video Jackson talked of his values, including how "women should all be treated with respect".
