Love Island's Grace Jackson teams up with celebrity stylist Chris Appleton to unveil drastic new look – but not all is what it seems
Grace Jackson's platnium blonde locks were her signature as she searched for romance in the Love Island: All Star UK's villa.
In May 2025, Grace teamed up with celebrity hair stylist Chris Appleton, who is known for working with the likes of Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez, to transform her look.
The 26-year-old took to her social media to unveil a dramatically different brunette style.
"We're back together & have decided to have some fun today," she captioned the photo taken alongside Chris.
But a video posted hours later soon revealed that all was not as it seemed.

A TikTok posted hours later revealed Grace's new look was all part of a plan to prank her boyfriend Luca Bish.
In the video, Chris pretends to dye sections of the hair and styles what turned out to be a wig.
After Grace's transformation was complete she hopped on a FaceTime call with Luca asking: "Do you like? What do you think?"

Shocked, Luca widened his eyes before replying: "It's really nice."
Grace couldn't keep a straight face for long and eventually blew her own cover.
"Guys, I'm joking. It's a wig!" she revealed.
Luca was in total disbelief quipping back, "No it's not!"

It wasn't just her boyfriend Grace tricked but also her 1.1 million followers who were fooled by the transformation results.
Wig or not, fans were loving Grace's darker mane and concluded she could pull off just about any look.
"The gasp I just gasped," one fan commented.
While another said, "When she can pull off any hair colour."

Grace first rose to fame whn she entered Season 11 of Love Island UK as a Bombshell. She eventually left the Villa with Reben Collins however their romance ended a month after the show.
She came back for a second shot at love for the 2025 All Stars season where she quickly formed a strong connection with Luca Bish. The pair finished in second place on the show.
They officially became boyfriend and girfriend with Luca's grand gesture in Abu Dhabi.
