Exclusive: Zane reveals texts exchanged between him and Sophie after his shock exit from Love Island Australia 2024
EXCLUSIVE: Zane found himself in many different pairings (and dramas) throughout his time in the Love Island Australia Villa, so it's no wonder he described his journey as "a rollercoaster".
In Monday's episode, it was finally time to get off the ride for good after his fellow Islanders were forced to vote off either him and Jade or Sophie and Dylan.

On the show, Zane found himself wrapped up in some major drama after spending Hotel Amor with Sophie.
Despite the complicated situation, Zane told 9Entertainment after his exit that there were no hard feelings between himself and Dylan or Sophie.

"Me and Dyl, we're great, I actually caught up with him when I went down to Sydney.
"Soph and I, we're sweet as well... I was texting her through the whole Hotel Amor thing and before, just to see how she was feeling and vice versa, we gave each other messages saying 'hope you're all good, let me know if you need to talk' and stuff like that," Zane explained.

While he may not have found a romantic love in the Villa, Zane did develop some very strong relationships – so much so that he's planning to move to Melbourne to live with Taylor for a couple of months in the new year.
"I will really just be good to live with each other... creating content together, training together, all the kind of jazz," he explained.
Zane shared that he is moving to Melbourne for a bit to live with Taylor. Nine
He said he had learned a lot from his Love Island experience.
"I guess [I learned] how to express my emotions and try to talk about things, because that's not something that I've had to do for a long time," he explained.
"When we go out, I don't go up and talk to anyone, I keep to myself and my friend group. So being in there, having to have conversation and talk – now when I go out, I barely get to hang out with my friends, I'm having so many conversations now," he laughed.
"It's helped me so much with that situation, I can just talk now with confidence."

As for dating, Zane isn't pursuing anything serious.
"I've met a few people out that I've spoken to, but nothing crazy. I don't know if I'm ready for the old dating scene just yet," he said.

In his exit interview, Zane also revealed his favourite part of his Love Island experience – including the part he was most worried about heading into the Villa, which turned out to be a "highlight".
He parted with a special message to his fellow Islanders... and of course, it mentioned food.
