Love Island's Anna McEvoy opens up about wedding plans and babies in an Instagram Q&A with fans
Love Island Australia star Anna McEvoy and her partner Michael Staples are still on cloud nine after their recent engagement.
Just two weeks ago, Michael got down one knee in Canggu, Bali and proposed to Anna while she was away for a girls' trip.

Although the pair have only been engaged for a short while, Anna is already thinking about weddings and babies, and opened up to fans in an Instagram Q&A about her future plans.

When fans began asking when the couple is planning to have kids of their own, Anna said babies are on the cards "soon-ish".
She wrote her response alongside a picture of Michael nursing a baby who already looks well equipped to be a dad.

But before any babies arrive, Anna has a wedding to plan! She revealed to fans that "a destination wedding is on the cards for sure!"
With the couple getting engaged in Bali and holidaying in Greece only weeks before for a friend's wedding, it's no surprise the couple are looking at options overseas to get hitched.
As for when that wedding will happen, Anna said "there's no rush".
"We're happy enjoying the moment," she wrote.

While the pair don't have a wedding date locked in, the 30-year-old revealed that she thinks that a year to 18 months is a good length of time for an engagement.
For now Anna is soaking in every minute of being engaged, which she said feels like a "dream".
"I always wondered if I'd ever get engaged from a really young age, I always thought about what that would look like fore me? Who the person would be! How it would happen etc etc and now I know!"

Michael proposed to Anna with a brilliant-cut diamond sparkler and it looks like he picked Anna's style to a tee.

Her actual engagement ring is a spitting image of her inspiration pictures, so Anna has good reason to believe Michael did some snooping before buying the ring.
"I have a feeling Michael found this in my phone," she wrote.
Anna revealed that she "always wanted" a gold engagement ring, but could just never find the style she liked in gold.

The couple plan on celebrating their engagement with family an friends by throwing an engagement party.
Anna said she's "thinking sometime around February 2023" and is "currently on the look out for a venue".

Anna and Michael got engaged after a year of going public with their relationship.
Michael surprised Anna in Bali with a very romantic proposal. As Anna opened the door an abundance of rose petals lead her out to the veranda where she saw read a message spelt out in flowers: "Marry me, honey."
"My absolute best friend and love of my life!!!," Anna captioned the Instagram announcement.
"YES ONE MILLION TIMES OVER ❤️🔥 #engaged."
