Hamish Blake did something he's "never, ever done before" when he set the first team challenge on LEGO® Masters: Grandmasters of the Galaxy
The first, was offering a whopping five bonus points to the team that could build and fly their LEGO plane the furthest from a 10-metre-high tower.
The second?
Promising to retire after judge Ryan 'Brickman' McNaught made the most outrageous bet in LEGO Masters history!

It started when Team USA, paired with Aussies David and G, revealed their ambition to "go the distance" this challenge. To not only fly the furthest, but touch down with a smooth landing.
"It's going to land?!" Brickman made sure he heard that correctly.
You said what?! Nine
"If you guys can make this land on that landing gear, relatively in tact, I'll give you another five points," Brickman offered in a secret deal.
"You have absolutely no chance, whatsoever. It's 10 metres up in the air!"
So, Brickman decided to up the ante – and before you know it, Hamish wanted in.
Brickman declared: "If that thing lands, they can become the new Brickman."

"You'll give them your job?" Hamish made clear before he decides: "If it lands without breaking... Dave, you can have my job too, I'm happy to throw that out there."
The host and judge placed their bets. Nine
With their jobs on the line, would this mighty eagle soar? Or will one team's LEGO dreams come crashing?

The 'Bald Eagle' wasn't the only bird in flight during the extreme air-borne challenge.
Team Finland and New Zealand dived in with a giant 'Flying Chicken', which safe to say when a lot further than their competitors.
