Ahead of daughter Rudy's eighth birthday party, Hamish explained the brief on his social media:
"And we're on again. Tonight in accordance with sacred lore, I shall do what it takes to make the 8th birthday cake my amazing daughter (but slightly tricky cake customer) has her heart set on.
"It's an LOL doll (you're not expected to know this doll), with a giant rainbow plait in her hair, on a catwalk, with lights, in a one shoulder pink ballgown, and her handbag swings."

Sounds easy enough right?
Well, not exactly.
Hamish explained that there was one major issue that could cause major delays with the execution of the elaborate cake planned.
"What's a little bit silly is I'm in Melbourne, I'm down here shooting some things with Andy, I live in Sydney and I think I'm on a 5.30 flight back tonight so cake night is going to start a little bit later," Hamish nervously laughed.

"Who knows how this one's gonna go but I do know being in the wrong state today was an interesting schedule move but I also know I have a secret weapon: whiskey. See you about 8 (9?) in stories if you feel like joining me," he continued.
