'So this happened': Catriona Rowntree stuns fans with epic encounter at Beyoncé Paris concert

Catriona Rowntree has travelled the world as host of Getaway for 29 years.

But nothing beats the thrill of live music, especially when it's Beyoncé on the Paris leg of her Cowboy Carter tour!

Catriona took to Instagram revealing she "somehow got tickets" to the Paris show, the very show that featured a surprise duet from global popstar Miley Cyrus.

She soon shared one of the greatest things witnessed that evening.

"So this happened in Paris tonight!" Catriona captioned her snaps.

"@beyonce took it by storm, #paris clearly got the brief, even @mileycyrus rocked up!"

Catriona, who loves a Western theme, sent fans into a frenzy as she showed off her Cowboy Carter themed outfit. But surprise guest Miley Cyrus stole the show as Catriona shared her own personal footage.

"Miley Cyrus turned up and blew us away," she wrote of the experience.

"You can imagine how nuts the crowd went when Miley came up through the floor, doesn't she look incredible," she went on. "It was insane!"

Which meant there was only one thing left to do for the Getaway star...

"We just hit the streets and kept dancing!" she revealed.

Catriona shared a video of an epic street party encounter, featuring hundreds of fans singing and dancing along to iconic Beyoncé hits.

"The dancing kept on going in the streets," she revealed. "It was a real love ho down! #spontaneous #parisbynight."

Fans couldn't get enough of Catriona's first-hand experience with one follower commenting: "You lucky girl!!!"
