'I'm done, I'm done': Rivals help injured Moroccan surfer from Bells Beach water after brutal injury
A surfer had to be helped from the water by rivals after suffering a brutal knee injury during heats for the Rip Curl Pro at Bells Beach.
Moroccan Ramzi Boukhiam had just competed in the sixth heat on Tuesday when he was wiped out by a wave as he walked over a shallow rock shelf.
As he fell, he cried out in pain and then held his knee aloft. Competitors rushed to his aid and helped him up the beach to await medical assistance.

He was taken from the beach on the back of a medicab, and eventually hobbled into the medical tent on crutches, his competition almost certainly over.
World No.1 Italo Ferreira, who had also competed in the sixth heat, was first on the scene. He said Boukhiam called out "I'm done, I'm done" as he went down.

"He finished the wave and was waiting for the score," he said.
"He was walking across the rock and the wave hit him from behind. The knee came to the inside and he felt something strong and was screaming, 'I'm done, I'm done'."
Aussie Xavier Huxtable was the other man in the heat, and also helped carry Boukhiam from the surf.
The incident happened after competition resumed for the first time since Good Friday, when poor conditions forced the event to be suspended.
All eight Aussie men made it through to the round of 32, while five of the six Aussie women made it into the round of 16.
