After pulverising Sydney to claim back-to-back flags at the MCG on Saturday, Hawthorn's stars enjoyed the spoils of victory, celebrating at a special fans' day on Sunday.
Thousands of adoring Hawks supporters decked out in gold and brown packed into the club's spiritual home at Glenferrie Oval to salute the 22 players as they were presented on stage with the the AFL Grand Final Cup and their winning medals dangling around their necks.
