Putin mocked after dominating ice-hockey match

Russia's so-called 'Action Man' President Vladimir Putin has provided more ammunition for comics around the world after purportedly dominating an ice-hockey exhibition match .
The game featured several former NHL players who were apparently left bamboozled by their leader as he struck eight goals. It's a feat that no professional player has ever managed in a single game.
Naturally, cynics have been quick to pounce...
Aged 62, he certainly rang rings around several former pros.
Drawing on his action-man image, he happily tussled with rivals.
... before firing home his extraordinary eight goals.
His team won the match 18-6.
And yep, we all believe he was just better... not.
The jokes didn't take long to appear on social media.
