NRL round four teams: Nightmare 24 hours sealed for Broncos as Payne Haas ruled out; Warriors get major boost

The Warriors have received a major boost with Luke Metcalf named to return at five-eighth following his ACL injury last year.

Metcalf played halfback last season before the round 17 devastation but will be in the No.6 due to the electric form on Tanah Boyd.

Meanwhile at the Tigers, Jock Madden will replace Jarome Luai after his injury.

The Broncos have also confirmed Payne Haas is out for the Battle of Brisbane after an AC joint injury was reported by 9news Queensland on Monday night. The Haas news seals a horror 24 hours for the club after assistant coach Ben Te'o resigned following a clash with Michael Maguire.
