Knights 'break hearts' of Titans with 90-metre intercept try, chip-and-chase at Magic Round
Newcastle have continued their winning ways, delivering two special moments at Magic Round in an entertaining win over the struggling Titans.
In the first of three games on Sunday, the high-flying Knights overcame a poor first half to run away with a 36-12 victory against Gold Coast.
With scores locked at 6-6 at half time, it looked as though the Titans were going to take the ascendancy with an attacking raid five minutes after the break.

But as fullback Keano Kini looked to throw a cut-out pass to his winger, cult hero Greg Marzhew latched onto it and raced 90 metres to score.

"He goes from one end to the other to break the Titans' hearts," Jake Duke said on Fox League as the fan-favourite Knights winger touched down.
Greg Alexander couldn't believe the Titans managed to bungle the opportunity.
"I thought that was gonna be a Titans try," he said.
"They looked like they had done enough and the pass I thought was gonna find its mark, but it found Greg Marzhew. That was a courageous defensive play."

The game was then blown open further in Newcastle's favour when towering winger Dom Young produced a magical chip-and-chase to score.
Young got the ball on a scattered fifth-tackle play and put boot to ball over the Titans defence, before AJ Brimson fumbled it in the in-goal and allowed his rival to score.
Kurtis Morrin kept the game alive briefly when he narrowed the margin to six points, but the Knights ran away with it late as Young scored two more to make it a hat-trick.
Knights captain Kalyn Ponga starred again in the No.1 jersey as he prepares to return to the State of Origin arena - potentially in the halfback position.
"I'll play anywhere for Queensland. Obviously I'm a competitor and want to play fullback, but I'll play anywhere," he told Fox League post-game.
Star centre Bradman Best didn't feature due to a calf injury.
