Some Kangaroos made the most of their chance in the Australian PM's XIII in the 28-10 win over their PNG counterparts - others failed to grasp the opportunity.
Bradman Best, Ethan Strange, Keaon Koloamatangi and Mitchell Moses were the four players picked who will be in the Kangaroos squad too.
Here's a rundown of those who caught the eye and those who blew their chance in rep footy.

THE GOOD
Trai Fuller - Four chances for four tries - more than the rest of the Australian team put together - simply outstanding.
Bradman Best - Scored a try, had a hand in a couple of others and made more run metres than any player on the field.
Tallis Duncan - Made a couple of handling errors but made amends with a try and several line breaks.
Jye Gray - Safe in the last line of defence in wet and windy conditions, and added two try assists and two line break assists.
Jayden Campbell - Always a danger with his running game at halfback, setting wave after wave of Aussie attack into motion.
Keaon Koloamatangi - Led the Aussies well and made the hard yards up the middle.
Liam Henry - The young Panther came off the bench to run for 130 metres in an impressive rep debut.
Mitchell Moses - All class when he came into the game, adding direction to the Aussies' attack that was spluttering at times.
Tyran Wishart - Another who made the most of it when he came off the bench, offloading for a try and scoring one himself.
Jack Williams - Topped the tackle count despite starting on the bench and hit the ball up well.
Ethan Strange - Playing out of position in the centres, he was still one of the most dangerous players on the field with his aggressive running.
THE NOT SO GOOD
Kyle Flanagan - Failed to take advantage of his surprise call-up, having little impact in attack.

Jason Saab - With the ball going constantly to Fuller on the left flank, he was starved on the right, running just 40 metres.
Matt Eisenhuth - The veteran Panther had little impact at lock against the plucky Kumuls.
Fletcher Hunt - Got some shocking balls from his inside men in a frustrating afternoon out.
Corey Horsburgh - Took a heavy head knock early and never recovered.
