To'o has a double

Clinton Gutherson of the Eels appeals to referee Ashley Klein following a second-half try by Brian To'o.

The dive was sent upstairs to review an obstruction, but the Bunker agreed with Klein's ruling that Mitchell Moses made a defensive decision, and the try was confirmed.

"It's a penalty," Andrew Johns said - and Cam Smith quickly agreed.

"Where he runs, Kikau, he doesn't give Mitchell Moses the opportunity to go on the inside and slide."

Smith said it was 'black and white' but both the referee and the men upstairs had a different view.

"This has been ruled against teams all year, it can't be a try," he said.
