Lance Franklin to marry Jesinta Campbell
AFL superstar Lance Franklin has popped the question to girlfriend Jesinta Campbell.
The model and presenter broke the news via social media on Sunday, posting a photo of herself with 'Buddy' on Instagram with a short message that read:
"I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you. There are no words to describe how happy we are #ENGAGED".
Their followers have been quick to respond, with a stream of congratulatory messages now flooding in.
Lance and Jesinta have been an item since his move north to join Sydney.
The couple live together in Bondi.
Jesinta broke the news to her 170,000 followers on Instagram.
She's often shared intimate moments from their lives together.
She said she was a 'lucky girl' when posting this image of Franklin.
Buddy is clearly head over heels for Jesinta, too.
Together, they are widely considered royalty within Sydney's social set.
They enjoyed time together at this year's Spring Carnival.
