Kiwis outnumber Aussies in ICC World Cup XI
World Champions Australia have only three players included in the ICC's team of the World Cup, which contains five New Zealanders.
Mitchell Starc, Steve Smith and Glenn Maxwell were the only Australians to make the side, despite their team winning the World Cup after a seven-wicket thrashing of the Black Caps at the MCG.
The team, which was picked by ICC general manager cricket Geoff Allardice with statistics not the sole criteria for selection, also contained two South Africans and not a single Indian player.
