He was noting that Adam Zampa looked comfortable at the crease.
Next ball Wellalage went straight through his back foot shot and bowled him.
Zampa finished with 8 and Sri Lanka has won by 174 runs and whitewashed the series.

Kusal Mendis was in the runs that day too, hitting 69.
Second time not so lucky
Ben Dwarshuis was backing himself.
He cleared mid-wicket for six once in this over.
But Wellalage backed himself to keep putting it in the slot. Dwarshuis then hit the ball straight down the throat of Malinga at mid-wicket.
He's gone for 9.

"Australia are in tatters," Simon Katich said on Seven.
Abbott walks off
Australia has a review up their sleeve but Sean Abbott isn't going to use it.
The all-rounder tried to sweep Hasaranga but was trapped on the pads.
He consulted with Ben Dwarshuis who didn't encourage review.

Australia's last hope reviews
Steve Smith has now been given out!
Hit on the pads, the umpire took a while but eventually gave him out.
Smith consulted with Sean Abbott then reviewed.
It's umpire's call for hitting the stumps and Smith is gone for 29!
