Annabel Sutherland has won the Belind Clark Medal just days after her maiden Test century on the MCG.

She became the first woman to make a ton on that ground.

"I love batting, my Test record shows that," Sutherland said.

"We were able to take a moment on Saturday night to take in what we achieved," she added of their efforts to whitewash the Women's Ashes series.

Australian coach Andrew McDonald broke the news to Travis in Sri Lanka!

He played nine Tests for 636 runs, five ODIS at a strike rate of 120 and 15 T20Is for 539 runs.

He gives a thumbs up and cheers from Sri Lanka.

"It's been nice to come close and not win it a few times, because this is not my forte," Head laughed from Sri Lanka.

But it hasn;t always been this easy for the batsman.

"I got left out of the team for a period of time in every format at some stage. Every goes through a stage where they don't get picked," he admitted.

And he declared the Border-Gavaskar Trophy was his biggest highlight.

"It's hard to go by the summer we've just had against India," he said.
