Nelson Asofa-Solomona turns attention to George Burgess after another knockout win
Nelson Asofa-Solomona has wasted no time getting the framework for a bout against George Burgess sorted, with the pair exchanging tense words after his victory over Jarrod Wallace.
Burgess sat in the crowd as the former Storm enforcer took on retired rugby league star Wallace in the ring, claiming the win via knock out in the third round.
It was not the best showing by either rugby league star, with Asofa-Solomona appearing to be uncomfortable at times in the first and second round against Wallace.

Asofa-Solomona was warned multiple times about holding onto his opponent in the first round where he found himself on the receiving end of a flurry of jabs and ended up with a split above his eye.
The cut did not worry Asofa-Solomona, who eventually picked up the pace in the third round.

Wallace continued to cause issues for the former Storm prop in the second but it was not long before Asofa-Solomona landed a series of damaging strikes.
"A brave Jarrod Wallace ... he had him bloodied, but not beaten," commentator Ben Damon said on Main Event.
Attention then turned to Asofa-Solomona's next target - a familiar foe sitting ringside.

"Hey, NRL division. I know there is a big boy here," Asofa-Solomona said.
"Big Georgie pie? He wants it, the big stiff board.
"I will talk to my team and if that's that, that's that. I would love some English breakfast."
Burgess did not look impressed with the display that he had witnessed between the former rugby league stars, nor was Asofa-Solomona himself happy with the duel.
But the ex-South Sydney star did not shy away from accepting a future fight against Asofa-Solomona. Instead, he entered the ring to make his intensions clear.
"Good fight, mate. A bit to work on," he told Asofa-Solomona.

Asofa-Solomona was having none of it and began throwing verbal jabs at Burgess.
"I heard you done some work on video and that you look like a stiff board," he began.
"You've got to work on that ... maybe you need to get some work and then come see me. If you want to see me straight away, well then let's make it work."
Burgess then pointed to the cut above Asofa-Solomona's eye and quipped: "You might get a few more cuts (against me).
Asofa-Solomona replied: "You wouldn't know what this is. This is hard work, brother.
"Your breath smells like beer, get out of my face."
