Dyson Daniels - Atlanta Hawks
In the middle of a strong Olympic campaign, Dyson Daniels learned he would be headed to the Atlanta Hawks for the 2024/25 season.
The 21-year-old's talent in defence combined with his shooting ability makes him a strong addition for the Hawks.
Ben Simmons - Brooklyn Nets
Clouded by injuries in recent years, Ben Simmons' season with the Brooklyn Nets will be used to prove he still has what it takes to be in the NBA.
Simmons is in the final year of his $266 million contract with the Nets.
The 28-year-old has been deemed fit to return from the sidelines, where he was rehabilitating a back injury.
Josh Green - Charlotte Hornets
Josh Green was part of a multi-trade deal in the off-season, parting ways with the Dallas Mavericks after four seasons.
Green represented Australia at the Olympic Games in Paris but failed to score a point.
He averaged 8.2 points and 2.3 assists per game in 2023/24.
Josh Giddey - Chicago Bulls
Josh Giddey has traded colours for the 2024/25 season, joining the Chicago Bulls.
The 22-year-old was in strong form for the Australian Boomers at the Olympic Games and will be looking for more success with the Bulls.
His arrival follows a three-season stint with Oklahoma City, who he started for in 80 games last season.
Luke Travers - Cleveland Cavaliers
Luke Travers is in the running to feature for the Cleveland Cavaliers this season.
The 23-year-old was drafted by the club in 2022 but will only join the team for the first time in 2024.
Travers has been competing in the NBL with Melbourne United since being drafted, making his first appearance for the Cavaliers in the Summer League.
Dante Exum - Dallas Mavericks
Dante Exum's return to competition has been delayed as he undergoes surgery on his wrist.
The Melbourne-born star starred for the Mavericks in the club's run to the finals last season and will be hoping to replicate his success upon return.
He is in the final year of his contract.
Kyrie Irving - Dallas Mavericks
Kyrie Irving has floated switching his allegiance on the international stage and the Australian-American is one of the biggest names in the NBA world.
Irving was born in Melbourne but relocated at a young age to the States, a nation which he has represented at the World Cup and Olympic Games.
An eight-time NBA All-Star, Irving is contracted for $189 million over three years with the Mavericks.
Jack McVeigh - Houston Rockets
Boomers forward Jack McVeigh agreed to a two-year deal with the Rockets in July following his success in the NBL.
McVeigh is coming off the back of a grand final victory with the Tasmania JackJumpers.
He is expected to spend most of his time in the Rockets' G League squad.
Jock Landale - Houston Rockets
Jock Landale will return for his fourth season in the NBA in the No.2 jersey.
The Australian centre averaged 4.9 points in his 56 appearances for the Rockets last season.
The Rockets have given the star limited opportunities to start, but following an impressive Olympics campaign Landale has proven he is a reliable figure.
