Lily Greer

Lily Greer is a Reporter for 9News Brisbane.

Lily Greer is a Brisbane girl whose journalism career has taken her all over. She completed a Bachelor of Journalism at the Queensland University of Technology in 2017 before moving to Rockhampton for her first reporting gig with WIN News.

She soon moved over to the Nine Network, who she has been with ever since. Lily worked in Darwin, Townsville and on the Gold Coast, before moving back to her hometown in late 2021 to join the reporting team at 9 News Queensland.

Some career highlights include travelling to India to cover the extradition of accused killer Rajwinder Singh and spending over a month in the Northern Territory covering the trial of celebrity croc wrangler Matt Wright.

Outside of work she enjoys exploring Brisbane's growing food and wine scene. On her days off, you'll probably find her at the movies or glued to the TV, catching up on new releases.

The Flu Mist nasal spray will be included in the free vaccination schedule next year.
