Woolworths customers notified of website and app glitch
Woolworths customers have been notified of a website and app glitch that saw them struggle with the retailer's online search function.
Shoppers began noticing the issue on Sunday, September 3, and it has continued into Monday.
Customers searching for popular items enter them in the search bar only to find limited results appearing.

It wasn't until multiple attempts were made that customers realised something more serious was going on.
An error message was then posted on the site and app.
"We are experiencing a problem with our search. We are working on it and hope to restore the functionality soon," it read.

"We apologise for any incovenience."
Woolworths Australia told 9Honey they are working to correct the issue and expect it to be resolved in the next few hours.
"The search function on the Woolworths app has experienced some minor issues today," the spokesperson said.
"Customers can still search for products, however some products may not register in category searches.
"Our team is working to resolve the issue and this should be fixed in the next few hours."
