Woman shocked by surprise baby that 'slipped out'
A US woman has given birth to a baby after mistaking her pregnancy symptoms for food poisoning.
Patricia Crawford from New Jersey was up all night on March 28 feeling sick.
The woman went to use the toilet when she got the surprise of her life.
"By the time I got back to the toilet area all of a sudden a baby came sliding out," she tells New 12 New Jersey.
"It was just like, 'Oh my God! What are we even going to do?'"

Neither Crawford or her husband Evan Darragh had no idea they were expecting, and therefore had nothing prepared to care for their surprise baby boy.
"We [didn’t] have a diaper [nappy], a wipe, an outfit, a onesie. Nothing," she said.
Crawford said she was trying to distract herself from the discomfort all day and the last thing she expected was to end up being a new mum by the end of it.
The couple named their newborn son William James after Patricia's late father.
