Sarah, Duchess of York is off the guest list for one Royal Wedding event
Meghan Markle’s estranged family members aren’t the only ones feeling miffed about the lack of Royal Wedding invitations in their mailboxes.
Sarah, Duchess of York - aka ‘Fergie’ - has been left off the guest list for the private evening reception to follow Markle’s wedding to Prince Harry on May 19, the Daily Mail reports.
The event, to be held at Frogmore House on the grounds of Windsor Castle, will include just 250 guests, making it a more intimate affair than the afternoon reception.

“I wanted to be there with my girls… to be getting them dressed and to go as a family,” she told TV host Oprah Winfrey.
“The last bride up that aisle was me.”

“We were talking all morning and he was saying, ‘It’s OK. Just remember we had such a good day. Our wedding was so perfect’,” she told Oprah.
While Sarah isn’t on great terms with several royals - particularly Prince Philip, who allegedly can’t bear to be in a room with her - it’s believed Harry was adamant she be included in his big day.

That makes two royal wedding invitations for the Duchess of York this year, with her youngest daughter Eugenie set to tie the knot at Windsor Castle in October.
