Prince William says Queen's coffin procession was 'very difficult' and reminded him of Diana's funeral
Prince William has revealed his "very difficult" experience after Queen Elizabeth's death.
The Prince and Princess of Wales were speaking to mourners in Sandringham when William told one woman that walking behind his grandmother's coffin reminded him of his mother's funeral 25 years ago, according to British media reports.
When one woman told the prince she was close to tears, he said: "Don't cry now, you'll start me."

The 40-year-old walked alongside brother Prince Harry once again through the streets of London on Wednesday.
They escorted Her Majesty from her home of Buckingham Palace one last time, taking part in the slow march down The Mall, through Horse Guards, past the Cenotaph and to the Palace of Westminster.
There, after a short service, the royal family left their matriarch inside Westminster Hall, where the Queen's coffin will be Lying in State till 6.30am Monday (3.30pm AEST).
The scenes of William and Harry were reminiscent of Princess Diana's 1997 funeral when the brothers were 15 and 12, respectively.

On that occasion they walked at the front alongside their father, then Prince Charles and their uncle, Diana's brother Earl Charles Spencer.
When walking behind the late monarch's cortege they were behind Her Majesty's children - King Charles III, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward - with the grandchildren behind.
William and Harry were joined in their row by cousin Peter Phillips - the son of Princess Anne.
In an emotional tribute to 'Grannie', Prince William reference how she supported him through Diana's death and how deeply he would feel her loss.

"She was by my side at my happiest moments. And she was by my side during the saddest days of my life," he said in a statement, released on Saturday.
"I knew this day would come, but it will be some time before the reality of life without Grannie will truly feel real.
"My grandmother famously said that grief was the price we pay for love. All of the sadness we will feel in the coming weeks will be testament to the love we felt for our extraordinary Queen."
