Future Queen Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway pictured at Australian university as she prepares to begin studies
Royals watchers have been given a glimpse of Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway's new life as a student at The University of Sydney, where she'll soon study a Bachelor of Arts.
The 21-year-old future queen of Norway can be seen on campus and standing in front of the iconic Sydney Opera House as she settles into life in Australia in a series of photographs released by The Royal Court.
In an official statement, the young royal said the prospect of studies is "exciting" and that she's hoping to "gain new perspectives on both European and international affairs".

"I am looking forward to starting my studies at The University of Sydney," the statement says.
"Being a student will be exciting, and I look forward to gaining new perspectives on both European and international affairs.
"I am confident that I will learn a great deal."

In the images, the Princess looks ready to blend in with other students.
She's wearing a casual outfit of jeans and a navy sweater, instead of usual royal attire.
The royal beams in the snaps, and in some is holding an envelope and laptop, as she prepares to start her studies in August.
She will study social science, specialising in international relations and political economy.
Princess Ingrid Alexandra, who was born in Oslo, Norway, is second-in-line to the throne after her father, Crown Prince Haakon.
Her mother is Haakon's wife, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, who also studied abroad in Australia in the '90s.

Her grandfather is King Harald V, 88.
Her studies come after she recently completed her military service in April as an engineer soldier and rifleman.
"In the future Princess Ingrid Alexandra will have more official engagements on behalf of the royal family, but in the years to come her main focus will be on her education," the palace said in a statement when she turned 18.
