Prince Albert of Monaco dresses up as Santa in festive photos

2020 saw most people worldwide enjoying a very different Christmas, and lockdowns and restrictions saw people getting very creative - outfits included.

Princess Charlene of Monaco's family had some fun, with the Princess sharing some Christmas photos to Instagram, showing her husband Prince Albert II dressed up in a festive costume.

The 62-year-old's outfit stood out in the photos, with him donning a Santa hat and novelty glasses, complete with antlers, pairing it with some bright red Crocs to bring the bright jolly number together.

Joining them to celebrating the day, was the couple's six-year-old twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, Prince Albert's younger sister Princess Stephanie and her children Pauline Ducruet, Camille Gottlieb, Louis Ducruet and his wife Marie.

The family's pet dog also got into the festive spirit, wearing a festive bow on his collar in one snap.

Princess Charlene, 42, wished everyone a happy holiday season in the captions, writing "Merry Christmas to all our friends and families, love you all."

Albert and Charlene celebrated their twins' sixth birthday earlier in the month, sharing some adorable pictures to celebrate their birthday on December 10.

The Princess of Monaco surprised royal watchers a couple of weeks ago, debuting her new haircut, which involved shaving off a section of her hair, in an 'undercut' style.

She showed off her new look while attending the baptism of a new maritime police boat, which was named for young Princess Gabriella.
