Designer Lisette Polny, who is the founder of Zofia Day, confirmed to People that her brand was chosen by Meghan.

"It's an overwhelming honor to be part of history and for my pieces to be given as a keepsake for this momentous occasion," Polny says.

Meghan's friend and unofficial bridesmaid, Jessica Mulrony, was given one of the bracelets.
