King Charles reportedly has egg thrown at him again while meeting with locals in Luton
King Charles has again reportedly had an egg thrown at him during an engagement on Tuesday.
While meeting with locals in Luton town centre, about 46 kilometres north of London, the item was allegedly thrown in the royal's direction but didn't hit the 74-year-old.
Bedfordshire police confirmed to 9Honey a man in his 20s was arrested in St George's Square, Luton "on suspicion of common assault" and remains in custody for questioning.

His Majesty's security steered him away from the crowd before the monarch continued the meet and greet with another section of those waiting to meet the royal.
The incident comes just weeks after a 23-year-old man was arrested for throwing four eggs at King Charles, who was visiting York Minster with Camilla, Queen Consort to unveil a statue dedicated to the late Queen Elizabeth.

The King, as he did in York, carried on as if nothing had happened and continued greeting crowds, some of whom had brought Christmas presents for the monarch.
His Majesty also met with community leaders, members of the Royal British Legion and the Luton Town football academy among others at Luton Town Hall.

It was a packed schedule of events, with the King also opening the Guru Nanak Gurdwara temple.
The royal obliged by wearing a traditional Ramaal headscarf and an orange scarf with his suit for the event.

He then visited Luton Airport to hear about the new Direct Air-Rail Transit (DART), a shuttle connecting the major airport to Luton Airport Parkway stationv in just three-minutes.
The 74-year-old, who was dressed warmly in a long tan coat, looked intrigued inside the DART control room and even took a ride on the new cable-drawn service.
The visit comes just a day after the second trailer for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix docuseries came out, which appears to criticise the hierarchy within the monarchy.
