The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have stayed out of sight since arriving back in the UK, as they carefully plan out what their new lives in Britain will look like.

It’s been claimed Meghan, 45, visited Soho Farmhouse, a private members club located in the Cotswolds where the family is believed to have settled, in recent days.

It is understood the former actress is carefully planning her public return alongside UK charities she has supported in the past. One of them could be Smart Works, a charity supporting unemployed and vulnerable women looking for jobs.

Meghan began work with the charity when she married Prince Harry in 2018, and it is the only organisation she has continued to support after the couple ceased being working royals.

The royal couple will also be focused on settling their children Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, into school as classrooms reopen across the UK.

Added to this is Prince Harry’s ongoing fight to secure publicly-funded security for he and his family, particularly when they are carrying out public appearances.

The Duke of Sussex is next scheduled to appear at the WellChild Awards in London on September 8.

Meghan is not expected to join him at this year’s event, which marks 20 years of the award.

But Harry is not expected to attend the Diana Award gala at Raffles London on September 18. His brother Prince William is yet to confirm his attendance.

There is speculation Prince Harry appear publicly to mark Remembrance Sunday which falls on November 8 this year. He would appear on behalf of one of his military charities, separate to the royal family’s official appearances.

The couple abandoned planned appearances for the duchess during their visit to the UK in July due to security concerns.

ITV royal editor Chris Ship said security was the prince’s biggest concern just days after his bombshell homecoming with Meghan and their two children.

“The only thing he’s got in order to combat any sort of attack is the phone number of a police liaison officer that he can call if he’s in trouble,” Ship told Today.

Ship added that the duke “isn’t very happy” about this level of protection.

“And the reason Prince Harry isn’t very happy about it is because we know he does have very real threats against him,” he said.

“One of those threats was passed to him by the FBI, and Harry’s saying, ‘Well, hold on a minute. Why is it the FBI that passed this threat to me, which came from the Taliban on a closed telegram channel? Why didn’t the British authorities tell me about it?’”

The royal couple are said to be particularly concerned over the safety of their children during the school run.

They are currently paying for private security until the matter is resolved.

The next Invictus Games will take place in Birmingham in 2027. Harry and Meghan famously unveiled their relationship at the event in Toronto in 2017.

A joint appearance at the Invictus Games exactly 10 years after this initial appearance would certainly be a pleasing full circle moment for Harry and Meghan fans.
