Private investigator reveals the top five tell-tale signs of a unfaithful spouse

A private investigator has revealed the top signs you should look out for if you suspect your partner is cheating.

In a video posted on TikTok, 'Down Under Investigations' revealed the top five tell-tale signs of a unfaithful spouse: "Top 5 signs you've got a cheater on your hands."

"They lie about big things and small things, they get excessively defensive, they gaslight," the investigator claimed.

He added, "They accuse you of cheating and they have a history of cheating."

The video garnered plenty of internet attention, amassing thousands of views with many users jumping into the comment section to share their thoughts.

A lot of users touched on their own personal experience, adding other signs to the list.

One user added to the list, "Sudden interest in their own appearance and weight."

The investigator replied, "Totally agree! New clothes, obsession with perfume/aftershave, more time showering and washing own clothes."

Many users believed that increased or secretive phone behaviour was one of the main standout signs of cheating.

"They guard their phone like the FBI," one user wrote, to which the investigator responded, "Very true! 'What are you hiding?'"

Another added, "When their phone is suddenly flat, or on silent all the time... disappear randomly."

"Yep, the phone behaviour changing is a very big sign!" the investigator responded.

A third chimed in, "Phone face down and with them at ALL times" to which the investigator replied, "Yep, messaging late at night, taking phone everywhere."

"Talks about someone else all the time," one user added.

"Talks about the other person? They aren't really good at hiding it…" the investigator remarked back.
