Aldi Australia has launched an exciting new service for customers.

The discount grocery retailer has launched a new AI-fuelled website called ALDIfy, and it's going to make home cooking even easier.

The platform aims to make "viral food trends more shoppable, practical, and affordable for Aussies to bring to life at home" and if there anything Aldi has become known for, aside from budget groceries, it's viral food trends.

Shoppers can access 11 trending recipe cards and it's never been easier to recreate them at home through the website.

These recipes are chosen only from those that have between 500k and 48.3 million hits on social media, with AI taking care of monitoring this and feeding them through to the website.

After choosing a recipe card, shoppers will then be directed to the ingredients they need to purchase to bring those meals to life.

"We know our shoppers are inspired by viral recipes, but sometimes struggle to translate them into reality," an Aldi spokesperson shared in a statement.

"We are excited to be introducing ALDIfy to Aussies, as the new digital hub that will make viral food trends instantly shoppable at ALDI.

"Right now, from under $4 per serve you can create versions of the viral Strawberry Polish Pasta, or Butter Chicken Garlic Bread recipes.

Other recipes currently on the site include Wheat Biscuits Pudding Cake, Spooky Mushroom Pasta and Protein Chickpea Popcorn.

The website is easy to use, advising customers they can "taste the trends for less" before directing them to click a button that says "Start Cooking".

Under the list of ingredients is an option to have the ingredients list emailed to you, or you can click through to order them on DoorDash.

Earlier this year the grocery retailer announced their DoorDash delivery service had been expanded nationwide, following a successful trial in Canberra in early 2025.

Aldi was also recently named the most affordable supermarket in Australia by Choice, after a cost comparison that included Aldi's home brand and those offered by Coles, Woolworths and IGA.

And the fifth year in a row, shoppers have awarded Aldi the Most Satisfied Customers Award for Supermarket Fruit and Vegetables, awarding a top rating of five stars for overall satisfaction as well as for value for money, freshness of produce, and variety.
