Another Brisbane Lions star embroiled in scandal as Jack Payne's ex-girlfriend Bronte Dagg confirms split in scathing post
Just days after it was reported that Brisbane Lions star Jack Payne had split from girlfriend Bronte Dagg, she has released a statement accusing him of alleged "infidelity".
Taking to her Instagram stories on Sunday, Dagg thanked those around her for their "support" before claiming that she broke up with the AFL star, 26, following what she claims was "a profoundly disloyal incident".
She added that she's trying to "move forward" but has asserted and claimed that the pair were in a serious relationship and were never "casual".

''I just wanted to say I'm extremely grateful for the love and support over the last few days," she wrote in her post.
''For clarity, this was a committed relationship, with clear long-term intentions that I ended after learning of his infidelity, through a profoundly disloyal incident.
''The relationship was never 'on and off' or 'casual' by any means.
''I've had time to reflect and can genuinely say I've moved forward and have thoroughly enjoyed the extra time with my friends and family and will continue to do so. Bronte xx.''
