Audrey Hepburn's son says it's 'no wonder' Ivanka Trump wore a dress inspired by his mother
Audrey Hepburn's son has spoken out about Ivanka Trump wearing a gown inspired by one originally designed for his mother.
Ivanka, 43, chose the gown – a replica of a Givenchy design created for Hepburn – for the Liberty Inaugural Ball following her father Donald Trump's inauguration on January 20.
Sean Hepburn Ferrer told Daily Mail it's "no wonder" Ivanka "chose to draw inspiration" from the actress after "growing up in a family which knew our mother as a household name."

Ivanka's stunning dress is a replica of a Givenchy design originally created for Hepburn in her iconic role in the 1954 movie Sabrina.
The black-and-white strapless gown featured a full skirt and fitted bodice with intricate black lace detailing.
Ivanka added black gloves to her outfit and wore her hair up in a similar way to the Hollywood actress.

They added she was "incredibly grateful for the Arnault family and the Givenchy atelier for creating this masterpiece, capturing the original artistry and elegance with remarkable precision and craftsmanship."
"Audrey Hepburn has long been a personal inspiration to Ivanka," the statement continued.

"She views it as a great privilege to honour her legacy in this way, and is incredibly grateful to the team at Givenchy for bringing this moment to life."
Ivanka also wore more than $1.1 million ($1.7 million) worth of diamond jewelry from Leviev at events held in honor of her father.
At a dinner the night before the inauguration, wore a custom Oscar de la Renta dress embroidered with crystals and pearls along with diamond and platinum pear-shaped drop earrings from Leviev.
At the Liberty Inaugural Ball Ivanka wore two more pieces from Leviev: a diamond necklace totaling 50 carats and 10-carat diamond cluster earrings.

Sean Hepburn Ferrer, 64, is the son of Audrey Hepburn and her first husband Mel Ferrer.
After the birth of Sean, his mother turned away from the Hollywood life to focus on raising her children.
She had a second child, Luca Andrea Dotti, 54, with husband Andrea Dotti.
A year after his mother's death in 1993, Ferrer founded the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund (originally named Hollywood for Children Inc.), a charity funded by exhibitions of Audrey Hepburn memorabilia.

He directed the charity in cooperation with his half-brother Luca Dotti, and Robert Wolders, his mother's partner, which aimed to continue the actresses extensive humanitarian work.
In 1988, Hepburn took on what she considered the greatest role of her career: UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.
