We never want to hear anyone argue that Americans do everything better again.

While many claim we Aussies have no specific culture when it comes to food (sausage sizzles have been seriously neglected in this argument), we now have solid proof our snacks are elite.

For more than 100 years, Aussies have been able to delight in the flavour sensation of a Violet Crumble, but it seems Americans are only just discovering it now.

TikTok is ablaze with videos of people in the US trying the delicious chocolate bar, then proceeding (and usually failing) to describe the deliciousness they've just experienced.

"Where have these been all my life?" asked one creator after their first bite, rating the flavour a "15/10".

Another described a Violet Crumble as "like crack", clearing out their local discount store's stock.

"These are in fact bomb bro I got curious and got a bunch today," wrote on person in the comments section.

But the Violet Crumble isn't the first time Americans have turned green faced over our delicious sweet treats.

Of course, the Aussie icon that is the Tim Tam is also beloved in the States by those who have been lucky enough to try it.

While it's not easy to get your hands on a pack in the Northern Hemisphere, plenty of people have tracked down the Tim Tam after seeing how beloved it is by celebrities.

Stars including Taylor Swift, Ryan Gosling and, of course, Margot Robbie have publicly declared their love for the sweet treat.

Recently, Olivia Rodrigo tried a Tim Tam for the first ever time while Down Under for the Guts tour.

Rodrigo posted a video of herself trying the treat to social media, using a viral sound as she lip-synced, "spectacular, give me 14 of 'em right now".

"First time in Australia omg I get the Tim Tam hype," she captioned the post.

So, while we may not have famous chain restaurants such as Chick Fil A and Raising Canes, we know for sure there's one thing Australia does better, and that's delicious chocolatey treats.
