TikTok foodie shares 'game changer' boiled egg hack using a cheese grater

An Australian food blogger has changed the breakfast game with an interesting technique for making boiled eggs.

TikTok chef and foodie Ayeh Manfre shared her "total game changer" recipe online, revealing it made the eggs taste much better and not "eggy at all".

In her viral video, Ayeh toasts a piece of sourdough bread and tops it with spicy mayonnaise and sliced avocado.

Then, after boiling an egg, she uses a cheese grater to grate the egg whites on top of the toast — with the result looking like cheese.

"I don't know what it is, but I have a love-hate relationship with eggs," Ayeh explained in the clip. "But this hack is a game changer and they don't taste eggy at all."

For the best results, Ayeh recommends using a Microplane grater for the eggs.

"It looks so cool like it's snowing! So pretty like it's topped with cheese," she added.

Ayeh also added pickled onions, a sprinkle of bagel seasoning and a touch of olive oil to finish off her delicious breakfast recipe.

The woman's commenters were amazed by the simple hack and vowed to try it in their own kitchen.
