As the video continues, Chef Allison from Ends+Stems demonstrates how she creates the brunch favourite.

She starts by adding a tablespoon of water to each moulding cup on a small muffin tray and then cracks an egg into each cup. She then adds salt and pepper on top for seasoning.

The pair say you should preheat the oven to 176C and then, when ready, place the tray inside and bake for 11 to 16 minutes depending on how runny you want the eggs.

Once the eggs are done in the oven, the women say to, "Carefully pour off a bit of the water, then run a butter knife around the edge of each egg."

They add, "Pop them out of the pan for perfect every time poached eggs."
