How to make delicious corn 'ribs':

At the beginning of her video, @recipes shares some footage of the crunchy ribs she's whipped up, saying: "I don't know why, but it's way more fun to eat corn this way".

She first calls you to cut your corn on the cob, by cutting from the top of the cob, down, producing equal-sized halves.

Next, cut each half in two, so you're left with four quarters.

Warning against 'hacking at the cob with a knife and rolling pin', @recipes advises an easier method: "If you stand it up straight and give it a firm push it cuts right through".
