Yet another Tiktok video has caught the attention of food hack lovers everywhere, and it is burning it up on the social media platform.

Tiktoker @bechardgrave has shared her Coles supermarket hack for making low-calorie jam doughnuts and cooking them in the air fryer, so plenty of clickable elements there: doughnut, air fryer, low calorie… tick tick tick.

Check out the clip above or find it and a bunch of @bechardgrave's videos here.

The Tiktoker has already garnered over 11,000 views from her more than 30,000 followers with the quick clip.

It starts with the 'qualified in fitness and nutrition' social media maker grabbing brioche buns at the supermarket before rolling them in coconut oil, filling them with sugar free jam, air frying them for some crispness and then tossing them in sugar replacer and cinnamon. Easy.

It works, it looks like fun and it's certainly got fans' mouths watering. Hardgrave says they're so good, she even risks the repercussions of her gluten intolerance to eat them. So, they must be pretty good if she's weighed that up... but possibly not good health advice.

"Worth eating even with a gluten intolerance" declares the caption with a laughing crying emoji.

And her followers and fans are keen to give it ago.

"OMG YES IM TRYING THIS," proclaims one, while another comments, "Can I have 40 of these?"

Hardgrave says she's calculated the sweet treat at a total of 123 calories, but some of her followers question the contents of the brioche bun, which has over 80 calories on its own.

While there are plenty of lovers jumping on the clever hack, there're also the usual plenty of internet naysayers stating they would rather eat a real doughnut and just cut back on calories elsewhere or go for a walk to burn the energy.

But our favourite comment comes from a fan who thinks it's a great idea and then adds a hack of her own into the mix, so it's extra bang for buck: "Cool idea! But if you don't have the time, Coles has mini jam donuts that are only 108 calories and $2.50!"
