Australia's best supermarket apple pie of 2026 has been chosen
Aldi's Sweet Haven has have been named the best supermarket frozen apple pie by Aussie shoppers.
Canstar surveyed 1,421 Australians on the best frozen desserts they'd purchased and eaten in the last six months, and Aldi's budget brand beat out the major players.
Aussies rated it the highest in the categories that "drive customer satisfaction".

The Sweet Haven apple pies come in a four-pack of snack-sized pies and cost $3.99 per pack.
The delicious treat scored highly when it came to Overall Satisfaction, Value for Money, Taste, Variety and Range, Packaging, and Texture and Consistency.
Sara Lee came in second place, followed by Nanna's, then Coles' home brand apple pie in fourth place and Woolworths' home brand apple pie in fifth place.
Sara Lee and Nanna's frozen apple pies cost $6.50 each, and Coles and Woolworths brands are $4.50 each.

The consumer group also rated the best supermarket frozen desserts.
Sara Lee Frozen Cheesecake and Peters Original Ice-Cream Party Cake were named Best Frozen Cheesecake Brand and Best Frozen Cake respectively.
This was Sara Lee's sixth win in a row, with Aussies rating it the highest in the categories that drive customer satisfaction.
It beat out Woolworths' and Coles' home brand cheesecakes to take out the top spot.
