J.Lo steals the show - and breaks a style ‘rule’ - with giant hat at Wimbledon final
Updated . First published
It’s no secret Wimbledon is as much a celebrity style event as it is a Grand Slam meet, and this year’s tournament has not let us down on that front.
From the athletes smashing serves on the grass courts to the royals and Hollywood stars cheering them on from the stands, scroll on to see all the Wimbledon 2026 fashion moments we can’t stop staring at.
There have been fashion moments as far as the eye can see at Wimbledon 2026. Getty
Finals weekend
Stars were out in force for the final days of Wimbledon over the weekend, with the fashion in the stands almost stealing the spotlight from the action on court.
In a sea of faces, Jennifer Lopez was impossible to miss at the men’s singles final, wearing a truly enormous wide-brimmed hat with her Ralph Lauren dress.

It was undeniably stylish, but it might have breached the rules of the prestigious Royal Box, where Lopez and several other celebrities were seated.
The Wimbledon website states: “Ladies [in the Royal Box] are asked not to wear hats, as they tend to obscure the vision of those seated behind them.” However, it seems to be a fairly malleable rule, as hats are often spotted on guests.
Also in the courtside section was Nicole Kidman, who looked chic in a beige suit teamed with a baby pink tie.
Sitting next to her was Wimbledon style queen Sienna Miller, who went for a light summer dress with ruffled detailing.

Kidman wasn’t the only star flying the Aussie flag at the British tournament, with Liam Hemsworth and Gabriella Brooks also making a stylish appearance.
The couple, who are also regulars at the Australian Open, did couple dressing right in complementary oatmeal-hued outfits: the actor in a suit and the model in a crochet-look dress.
Speaking of stylish couples, Lily Collins and husband Charlie McDowell made a case for his-’n-hers button-downs.

The Emily in Paris star threw a blue shirt over a white tube top and a pair of very on-trend capri pants, while McDowell wore a matching striped set.
Another stylish duo was The Gentlemen co-stars Kaya Scodelario and Theo James.
The British actors also embraced soft neutral shades, Scodelario in a three-piece tailored set with gold details and James in a classic suit with a blue shirt.

Cynthia Erivo was also suited up, looking rather Peaky Blinders in a chic pinstripe Ralph Lauren ensemble with a matching cap. Getty
One pair of stars had us doing a double-take in their twinning looks.
With their long, silky blonde hair, similar facial features and tall silhouettes, Sarah Pidgeon and Elizabeth Debicki already look alike – and Ralph Lauren leaned in to the resemblance, dressing them in similar striped tailored looks.

Love Story star Pidgeon was in stripes-on-stripes, with a tailored vest worn over a shirt and tie, while Aussie Debicki wore a knitted cricket-style vest over her striped button-down and tie.
Raye was the picture of old-school Hollywood glam in her black button-down dress and signature curled blowout. The WHERE IS MY HUSBAND! singer finished the look with big gold hoops and a glorious red lip.

Though black, beige and navy were undoubtedly the standout colours among celebrity attendees, there was a splash of colour courtesy of two green dresses.
Jenna Coleman nicely complemented the grass court in a sweet green dress with a lace ruffle along the neckline.
Meanwhile, Catherine, the Princess of Wales wore an olive dress, teamed with the traditional purple-and-green Wimbledon bow brooch.

Day 11
Headwear and hair accessories had a moment in the spotlight on Thursday at Wimbledon, with plenty of famous spectators jumping on board.
Poppy Delevingne added a pop of colour to an otherwise neutral-toned outfit with a burgandy scarf tied around her ponytail, which coordinated with her sunnies.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra Jonas looked incredibly chic in a headscarf, worn bandanna-style. It matched the colour of her belted shirt dress, and she finished the look with silver and gold jewellery.
Scarves were also everywhere at the recent Paris Menswear Fashion Week, so clearly this is a trend that’s picking up momentum.

Lucy Mecklenburgh proves blue and green should always be seen. Getty
TV personality and model Lucy Mecklenburgh was a vision in pale blue, teaming a cool textured shorts suit with a hat featuring the same shade.
Elsewhere in the stands, Cynthia Erivo shook off the green aesthetic of her Wicked press tour days, instead embracing an all-pink look (how very Glinda of her!).
The actress’ button-down was nicely complemented by her rose-tinted glasses.

Naturally, there were plenty of lovely summer dresses to be seen as the tournament reach its final days.
Model Bhavitha Mandava wore a beautiful slip-style white dress with lace and red floral detailing, while actress Lily James went for a delicate cream and red polka dot number with a ruffled neckline.

Suiting also had a moment on day 11, with Hannah Waddingham getting in on the fun with an all-white look. The Ted Lasso star put a summery spin on a three-piece suit, with a blazer, vest and trousers in what appears to be a light linen material.
F1 driver George Russell also suited up in style, wearing a dashing blue pinstripe blazer with cream pants, while his girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt went for a pale blue dress with a matching sunhat.

Day 10
Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling were the picture of summer style as they joined Queen Camilla in the Royal Box on Day 10, with the newlywed bride leading the breakout style trend of the day: the shirt dress.
The couple, who married last month, also showed off their shiny new accessories – their wedding bands – as they applauded the Centre Court action.

The recent bride wore a neon green check shirt dress while Phillips wore a light grey jacket with a crisp white shirt and light blue tie, paired with navy trousers and brown suede loafers.
The couple both wore the number one accessory needed on the hot day – sunglasses.
Elle Fanning – who scored an Emmy Award nomination while at Wimbledon – also opted for a colourful shirt dress for her time in the Royal Box.

The 28-year-old American actress added a black bag that would have made the late Queen Elizabeth proud, which matched with her narrow cat-eye black sunnies.
Geri Halliwell Horner wore a similar pair of specs as she wore all white - her go-to look, even when she’s not at the tennis. She and husband Christian Horner sat alongside Phillips’ sister Zara and her husband, Mike Tindall.
Princess Anne’s daughter also opted for a shirt dress, choosing a more muted and collarless blue and white striped look, while Mike wore an ivory coloured jacket with navy trousers.

Actor Dominic West opted for cream and blue for his day in the Royal Box too. Karwai Tang/WireImage
The Crown actor Dominic West – who played Prince Charles in the series – opted for a similar colour palette to Zara, wearing a cream suit with blue accents.
Former Victoria’s Secret model Leomie Anderson didn’t shy away from colour as she attended the tennis tournament in a bold, mesh-like orange and green dress.

Day 9
It might be chilly here Down Under but stars are soaking up the sun at the All England Tennis and Crocquet Club, delivering a masterclass in dressing chic while keeping cool.
Wimbledon’s ninth day was a showcase of stylish tailoring and breezy summer dresses as stars assembled in the stands.

Actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson and his director wife Sam Taylor-Johnson embraced the former, wearing tailored separates in light shades.
Aaron, one of the stars suspected to be a candidate for the next James Bond, wore a knit polo top under a cream suit, while Sam teamed a white button-down vest with matching shorts.
The Taylor-Johnsons had some stiff competition in the stylish couples stakes.
Arden Cho and husband Christopher Lee looked oh-so chic in their breezy ensembles. Getty

K-Pop Demon Hunters star Arden Cho and husband Christopher Lee are in London on their honeymoon, fresh from their wedding in Italy last month.
Fittingly, they looked like they could have been sipping cocktails on the Amalfi Coast in their breezy ensembles.
The actress and model wore a light yellow shirt-dress – a perfect choice for a day at the tennis – teamed with black accessories, while her surgeon husband went for a beige suit.
Speaking of perfect summer dresses, Benedict Cumberbatch’s wife Sophie Hunter stood out in the Royal Box in black and white gingham.

Alex Hassell and Emma King took two different approaches to courtside fashion. Getty
Rivals star Alex Hassell looked dashing in a black checquered suit, while his wife and fellow actor Emma King opted for a more casual approach, teaming a t-shirt with pants in the same light lemon hue.
Also looking snappy in a suit was designer Jade Holland Cooper.
The Holland Cooper founder wore stripes on stripes, teaming a blue and white striped button-down with a navy vest and trouser set.

Anastasia Karanikolaou, Molly-Mae Hague and Alix Earle also embraced tailoring. Getty
Elsewhere on the grounds, Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague and social media stars Alix Earle and Anastasia Karanikolaou looked chic in summery tailored outfits.
We particularly love Hague’s dove grey belted ensemble.
Day 8
The men well and truly stole the style show on Monday.

Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa was suited and booted, looking snappy in a chequered grey suit with black and white loafers and a burgundy tie.
Meanwhile, up in the stands, a sporting star soaked up the on-court action in style.
Italian F1 driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli was also suited up, wearing a black suit featuring white piping.
It was an appropriately dressy look for the coveted Royal Box, where the driver sat one day after his appearance at the British Grand Prix.
Antonelli was joined in the prestigious courtside section by some familiar, royal-adjacent faces.
Carole Middleton and Pippa Matthews enjoyed a mother-daughter day out at the tennis, embracing summer fashion.

The Princess of Wales’ mother wore a bright blue linen blazer over a white top, while Pippa went for a white dress with a red floral design.
In fact, Carole’s blazer could be the same one Catherine wore for her first Wimbledon 2026 outing last week.
We also spotted two very cute minidresses around the grounds: a lemon yellow number on Heartstopper star Bel Priestley, and a black-and-white design on Phoenix Brown, daughter of former Spice Girl Mel B.

Day 7
Before we get stuck into Day 7’s style wrap, we must shout out an Aussie couple who slipped under our radar on Saturday amid a particularly star-studded lineup at Wimbledon.
Joel Edgerton and his longtime partner Christine Centenera arrived in style in tailored looks – the Train Dreams star teaming a beige suit with a white tee, and the Vogue Australia editor-in-chief in a khaki suit worn over a black tank.

A very chic example of summer dressing.
Saturday had a strong showing of well-dressed celebrity couples, with Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro and Sienna Miller and Oli Green also in attendance (keep scrolling for photos).
Sunday was a little quieter on the celebrity spectator front, but there were still fashion statements to be found.
How fun are these pompom straps! Getty
Vanessa Williams also brought serious colour to the stands. Getty
Actress and writer Michaela Coel added a splash of fun to an all-white outfit with a row of colourful pompoms on the straps of her dress.
Singer, actress and former Miss America Vanessa Williams was also in the crowd, delivering serious colour in a tropical floral frock.
Day 6
It seems 92 per cent of the world’s biggest stars were at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s New York wedding on Saturday – and the rest were at Wimbledon.
Day 6 was the tournament’s most star-studded yet, bringing with it the arrival of Wimbledon’s celebrity style queen. Yes, Sienna Miller is back!
Sienna Miller and Oli Green have emerged at Wimbledon! Getty
The actress’ day out at the tennis comes roughly two months after she welcomed her third child – her second with partner Oli Green, who was by her side.
Miller looked as chic as always in a summery three-piece suit in a soft shade of taupe, while Green teamed a bone-hued suit with a black button-down. They weren’t the only stylish couple sitting courtside, either.

Actors Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro have returned to the tournament a year after making one of their first public outings as a couple in the stands.
Like Miller and Green, the Oscar nominees went for lightweight separates in breezy shades. Barbaro teamed a white singlet top with airy tie-waist pants, while Garfield went for a powder blue ensemble, teaming a shirt and trousers with a blazer.
They were joined in the stands by another well-dressed Hollywood star...
Tom Hiddleton, another Wimbledon regular, looked as dapper as ever in a navy pinstrip blazer, teamed with a pale blue shirt and patterned tie.
In fact, pinstripes had a bit of a moment in the stands, with actress Michaela Coel also embracing the look.

Simone Ashley and Ambika Mod also brought serious style to the stands.

Day 5
Another day, another slay by Naomi Osaka.
This time as she entered the court ahead of her win against Australian Daria Kasatkina, the World No. 14 had fashion followers fixed on her hair, which was fastened with intricate cherry blossoms that cascaded down her hair and onto her dress.

It’s said to be another design by Hana Yagi, who was responsible for that ornate, sheer ruffled kimono she wore to kick off the tournament days earlier.
Off court, it was the men in the stands stealing the spotlight in sharp suits and shades. Don’t think we didn’t notice you, Usain Bolt and Joseph Fiennes.

Day 4
Thursday delivered our first major royal sighting.
The Princess of Wales, who is the royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club – the body that runs Wimbledon – delighted fans as she arrived at the tournament in a perfectly summery linen suit.

Catherine complemented the bright blue Gabriela Hearst ensemble with lapis earrings, a high ponytail and a big smile.
The outfit also included a surprisingly budget-friendly staple: a white ribbed top from H&M.
Meanwhile, on the court, Marta Kostyuk has had everyone talking with her eye-catching Wimbledon game outfit.
The Ukrainian tennis star has brought a dash of ‘balletcore’ to her games with a lace outfit that’s been designed and named in her honour by Wilson.
Kostyuk has even given fans a ‘twirl’ on court to show off the sweet silhouette.

The Marta Dress is a two-piece kit made of “all-new technical lace”, the material adding a feminine and whimsical touch to the activewear we’re used to seeing on court. Judging by the comments on Wilson’s Instagram, fans can’t get enough of the design.
It’s also reminiscent of tennis legend Chris Evert’s iconic white lace dress from her US Open debut back in 1971 – a look that went down in the sport’s history.
There were also plenty of stylish stars in the stands and around the grounds on day four, including Ellie Goulding, who scored an invite to the coveted Royal Box.
The English singer kept things classic in black and white polka dots and ruffles.

Also rocking a spotted dress was Denise Jonas, who accompanied her pop star son Joe for a day at the tennis.
The singer embraced summer stripes with a button-down worn open over a white tee and grey pants.
There was another stylish chart-topper out and about: Hozier also made an appearance.
The Irish musician went for a latte-hued suit, teamed with some on-trend amber sunnies.
Day 3
Naomi Osaka once again turned heads as she returned to the court on Wednesday, wearing a pared-back version of the kimono-style ensemble she debuted on day one of the tournament.
This time, she teamed the obi belt and flowing tiered skirt from the original look with a bomber jacket embroidered with flowers.
These floral details were echoed in the dress Osaka revealed when she removed her accessories to begin her match against Anastasia Gasanova.

The Nike design featured flowers at the neckline and a ruffled hemline.
The Japanese tennis superstar told reporters the ‘walk-out’ fashion she’s become famous for helps to calm her before games.

“I do feel a little bit of nerves [stepping on to the court],” she said.
“I want to make myself so used to that feeling that it doesn’t bother me any more, and fashion helps.”
Speaking of on-court style, there was an incredible detail that somehow slipped under our radar on day two of the tournament.

Serena Williams is famous for her nail art – she’s even a trained nail technician – so we should have known to look at her hands when she took to the court on Tuesday.

The Grand Slam icon’s Wimbledon return might not have gone the way she’d hoped – she was knocked out of the first round by Aussie Maya Joint – but she certainly did it in style, sporting a gemstone-style manicure.
Her 3D nails, which looked like actual diamonds on her fingers, sparkled under the lights.
Day 2
A standout trend emerged in the stands on Tuesday, with famous attendees embracing tailoring en masse.
Amelia and Eliza Spencer twinned (how apt!) in tailored separates. Getty
Amelia (L) and Eliza went for breezy matching sets in contrasting colours. Getty
Leading the charge was Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia Spencer, the twin daughters of Earl Spencer and nieces of the late Princess Diana.
Aptly, the socialite sisters went for a ‘twinning’ approach, wearing similar tailored separates.
Amelia teamed a button-down vest with matching shorts in a breezy shade of blue, while Eliza went for an all-white ensemble with a vest and long pants.
Even their necklaces matched, albeit in different colours.
The Marchioness of Bath looked elegant in this all-white look, anchored by a tailored top. Getty
Emma Thynn, the Marchioness of Bath, also went for an all-white tailored ensemble, though hers was a more structured look.
She teamed a floor-length skirt with a belted, double-breasted off-the-shoulder top, finishing the look with classic black sunnies.
Over in the Royal Box, Mollie King went for an elegant courtside look.
The English singer and radio presenter – looking so much like Sienna Miller in the photo below that we did a double take – wore a white skirt suit featuring pops of black at the cuffs and collar.
Nicky Hilton Rothschild was also among the stylish celeb set on day two, wearing a floaty white and blue dress secured at the shoulder and waist by loose knots.

Day 1
If Wimbledon awarded points for style, Naomi Osaka might have just won the entire tournament on day one.
The Japanese tennis icon has become famous for her walk-on fashion – who could forget her ‘jellyfish’ look at the Australian Open back in January? – and she did not disappoint with her first look on Monday.

For her opening-round match against Elsa Jacquemot, Osaka strode onto the grass court in a striking kimono-style outfit that honoured her heritage.
The all-white ensemble, inspired by Japanese ceremonial dress, was embroidered with motifs of cherry blossoms and cranes, with a pair of bows on the obi belt adding more visual impact.
The gown, which Osaka created with Tokyo designer Hana Yagi, flowed to the ground in ruffled tiers, with a traditional kanzashi hair ornament completing the look.
Osaka – who removed the gown when the game began – explained the look had also drawn inspiration from one of her favourite movies.

“I love Kill Bill, and then I remembered absolutely falling in love with Lucy Liu’s character, and she has an all-white kimono,” she told reporters.
“I remember thinking that was really cool and amazing. Then it just kind of went from there. ”
The athlete added that she enjoyed seeing fans turning their entire bodies to get a better look at her outfit as she walked onto the court.
“I thought that was really fun,” she said, adding that “wearing extravagant outfits” had become a passion.
Jameela Jamil was a breath of fresh air in polka dots. Getty
Osaka wasn’t the only one delivering fashion flair as Wimbledon kicked into gear for 2026.
The tournament always draws a star-studded crowd, and most of the time they nail the unspoken rules of courtside style.
Jameela Jamil was among the day one crowd, keeping things simple but striking in a black and white polka-dot dress teamed with white sunnies.
Spots proved a popular choice on day one, with presenter Ashley James and singer Katherine Jenkins also embracing the print.
Elsewhere, Maura Higgins well and truly adhered to the tennis theme with her outfit.
The former Love Island star teamed a white minidress with matching accessories – including a pair of pumps with tennis balls spiked on the stiletto heels.
(If you paid attention to Zendaya’s method dressing display on the Challengers press tour a few years back, you might recognise them!)

Ronan Keating and his Aussie-born wife Storm gave a masterclass in couple dressing.
The singer’s cream blazer, which he teamed with a pale blue shirt and navy tie, complemented his wife’s trousers beautifully.
They weren’t the only stylish celebrity duo in the crowd.
The Beckham family has been a staple in the stands at the World Cup, but also had a strong showing as Wimbledon kicked off.
Romeo attended with girlfriend Kim Turnball, who looked chic in her all-white ensemble, while he threw a black blazer over a white tee.
