Paris 2024 is still inspiring trends
The host country for this year's Olympics has been a big influence for parents-to-be.
People jumped on board from the moment the opening ceremony headed down the Seine and are embracing the beauty of popular French classics.
According to Baby Center, Raphael, which was the Number 2 boy name in France in 2023, is up 121 spots in the US to Number 328. And Louis, France's Number 4 boy name in 2023, is up 87 spots for BabyCenter parents, at Number 267.
The trend holds true for girls, too: Louise was the Number 1 girl name in France last year, and it's currently up 63 spots to Number 816.
Hit songs are the perfect place for inspiration
You're not alone if your 'brat summer' has got you thinking of baby names.
From Sabrina Carpenter to Billie Eilish, these stars are not only dominating the charts, but baby name inspiration too.
Parents are taking inspiration from the artists themselves, with Sabrina up 109 spots to Number 342, and Billie is up 37 spots for girls, to Number 842.

Parents are looking to the stars
Celestial events like the April solar eclipse have helped steer some parents towards the perfect name.
Sol, meaning 'Sun' in Spanish, is gaining traction as a girl name among BabyCenter parents, shooting up 334 spots, to Number 695 according to the report.
Four parents went with Eclipse with the name for their daughter, which saw the name rise to Number 5,494 on the charts.
Other celestial inspired names like Luna – which came in at the 10th most popular girls name for 2024, and Aurora (Number 12) and Nova (Number 17).
