The happy news for their family comes months after Sophie's dad died suddenly in April.
Sophie shared the news of his death alongside some beautiful moments of them together through the years, starting with a photo from their wedding.
In the weeks and months afterwards Sophie took a step back from social media, but in July she addressed her absence and thanked her followers for their support.
"Loss changes everything about you and the way you see the world. You are living in deep pain, unable to relate and wondering why the sun keeps rising like nothing happened," she wrote.
