Ashy Bines took her son Taj to Europe, but the holiday has been the topic of a lot of negativity online. Instagram
"Disgusting leaving your daughter behind. I would never leave my kids," read one message.
Another person wrote, "You never wanted a girl, it's so obvious he's your favourite child because you only took him overseas. Your poor daughter."
Others slammed her as being "annoying", "ugly and fat" and went as far as calling her a "spoiled brat" for flying business class with her son.
But the real point of Bines' post was to remind her followers perspective is everything, and she also shared some of the beautiful and positive messages too.
Ashy only took Taj, not her daughter Tala as well and people have absolutely blasted her for it. Instagram
"Perspective is so interesting," she started her caption.
"One person might see my posts as 'annoying or showing off,' while another may find them 'inspiring and heartwarming'."
Ashy explained that how we judge others is a choice and we all live our lives differently and have different choices and circumstances.
"But no matter where we are in life, or what we spend our time or money on, there's never an excuse to be unkind to someone else for their choices (and let's always keep children out of it)," she continued.
"I had an incredible trip and spent a lot on flights, accommodations, shopping, and experiences – no regrets."

The Gold Coast-based influencer explained she's worked since she was 13 and wants to enjoy her life to the fullest, spending her money however she wants.
She urged those who feel triggered by her posts to figure out what they felt uncomfortable, and manage it themselves.
"And remember, if my content—or anyone else's—doesn't resonate with you, feel free to hit "unfollow." It's important to be mindful what you take in, and you have the power to choose," she added.
"P.S. The love in my inbox far outweighed the negativity! I just wanted to use the negativity to spread a message of kindness and self-awareness."
