"I was feeling pretty calm. I really just want this surgery done because it's just been taking up so much of my mental capacity and it makes me lose sleep, but I'm constantly thinking about it and I'm just so ready. So I was in pretty high spirits," she shared with her one million followers.

The video she posted shared shots of her fluttering about the hospital room in nervousness, wearing a purple surgery gown and and being supported by her husband Steven and ten-year-old-son Taj before being wheeled into the operating room.

But as soon as she woke up from the surgery, which she said "went really well", doctors delivered another devastating blow.

As doctors treated the original aneurysm, they happened to discover another one.

"I will most likely have to have another surgery before the year's out," she shared, adding, "I can't count how many times I've cried because I'm absolutely devastated.

"But I just have to be strong and know that I can do hard things and get through this."

Despite the prospect of another grueling operation, Bines says she is "grateful that they've found both of these aneurysms though and that I can get surgery because they obviously can be fatal."

But for now she is focusing on her post surgery recovery, which she says is "hard" and was "not prepared" for.

In her caption she described having been awake for nearly 28 hours straight, being unable to move much for the last 18 hours.

"Last night broke me, called Steve and Beth balling my eyes not coping but it's 5.30 am and I've made it through the hardest part," she shared.

"Underestimated how mentally and physically this would be. Steve and my friends have been non stop making sure I'm all good, even at 1 am in the morning picking up the phone to comfort me, I really do have such an incredible support system, don't know how I'd get through without them," she expressed her thanks to her friends and family.

"Cant wait to get everything out of my arm, get my catheter out (this also hasn't been smooth and the whole time I've felt like I'm busting to pee so uncomfortable doesn't cut it... shower, brush my teeth and lay down on a non air bed without beeping sounds 24/7 and getting blood drawn every two hours. The normal ward feels dreamy at this point," she described.
