A US woman has died at a college party on Saturday, moments after telling her boyfriend she wasn't feeling well.
Caroline Smith, 20, was at a Kappa Alpha event on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina.

The woman's boyfriend performed CPR on her before emergency service workers took over, the Island Packet reports.
They continued for several minutes until Smith was pronounced dead.
Her brother Ryan Smith was at the event and told emergency workers his sister didn't have any medical issues he was aware of.
She was unable to be revived. Facebook
The group said they had been drinking, but not using any drugs or narcotics.
An autopsy has so far failed to identify the cause of death, with further analysis expected to take weeks.
The Kappa Alpha event had been approved by the university, however was cancelled following Smith’s death, with students returning to the Greenville campus.
"She was well known on campus and liked," a spokesperson told CBS News. "The campus is affected by the loss. It is grieving and we are trying to begin the healing process."
Police are investigating the circumstances of the woman's death, including how alcohol was obtained by underaged persons.
In the US, the legal drinking age is 21.
No far no charges have been filed.
