Sharing a series of messages on her Instagram Stories overnight, Chloe wrote: "Calling me saying 'hi piggy, oink oink' is harassment."
"It's cruel, disgusting and cowardly. If you think this is funny, you need serious help. Hide behind 'no caller ID' all you want - rot in hell."
In another update this morning, Chloe thanked fans for their outpouring of support amid the drama and confirmed she had contacted police.

"Messaging me or commenting on my posts is one thing, but finding my personal number and calling to harass me about my appearance crosses a serious line," she wrote.
"This was a deliberate and deeply low act."
Last year, her wedding day with AFL star Toby was ''overshadowed" by cruel criticism she received online over her appearance.
The vile comments appeared after Chloe posted her special wedding photographs on social media.
"No one can take away the day, but at the same time, we feel as though it has been overshadowed by the negative commentary around the wedding day and also the way that I look," Chloe told nine.com.au three months ago.

Chloe, who was seeing a psychologist to help her through, said about the trolls: "These people can't stand seeing women happy or confident or even just loved.
"They can't stand that Toby could love me because I have a bigger body shape, they can't grasp that, and it's easy for them to pick me apart rather than deal with their own insecurities."
