Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban finalise divorce
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially finalised their divorce.
The Aussie actress, 58, and country music star, 58, both entered into an agreement that was filed on January 6, three months after she officially filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences".
Kidman and Urban have agreed to waive all child and spousal support rights, according to court documents obtained by People.

According to the documents, each person is also responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
A parenting plan for their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17 and Faith Margaret, 15, has also been put in place.
Kidman and Urban are both required to "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced".
"They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent," the agreement states.

"They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."
Kidman's home will remain the primary residence for Sunday and Faith, with the Holland star having custody of the girls for 306 days a year.
The country music star was granted 59 days out of the year, with their daughters allowed to spend every other weekend with him.
Both parents have joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their daughters' lives.

Kidman also asked to be the primary residential parent in the custody agreement as part of their divorce filing, which according to the finalised documents has been approved.
Kidman recently returned to Australia for the holiday season with her children, who she lives with in Nashville, Tennessee.

Meanwhile, Urban has been quiet on social media, although he was performing on his High and Alive World Tour when the news of their shock split dominated headlines last year.
During one show he reacted to an audience member who was named Nicole, but he's mainly steered clear from social media.
Despite their split making news across the globe since September, the former couple have been trying to continue life as normal, honouring their work commitments and supporting their girls.
