Wedding 'meal' criticised by hungry bridesmaid
A bridesmaid has shared a photo of the 'meal' guests were served at a recent wedding in the US.
The photo was posted on Facebook and shows a meal of a packet of chips, half a croissant sandwich, fruit on a stick and vegetable sticks in a cup.
The bridesmaid also branded the reception "a mess".
"None of the chairs matched at the reception.. it just looked a mess," she said.
The meal was described as a 'toddler' snack. Facebook
One Facebook user commented: "This is literally what I gave my toddler for lunch today minus the chips."
"Chips! I don't know whether to laugh or feel sad," said another.

"They couldn't even spring for a full sandwich," said another. "Just half each? Damn."
"Yeah, that's the saddest thing I ever saw that didn't involve puppies getting hurt," reads another comment.
The bridesmaid also criticised the reception venue. Facebook
While these comments are resoundingly negative, it seems pretty tasty to me! And with coronavirus continuing to impact the wedding industry, guests should just be happy the nuptials were able to go ahead.
