Three brand new The Walking Dead spin-offs to launch exclusively on Stan - and you can watch the first trailer here
Stan is Australia's new home of The Walking Dead universe.
The streaming service today announced it had secured the exclusive rights to three new series set in the zombie apocalypse universe, coming in 2023 and 2024.
The first series, titled The Walking Dead: Dead City is streaming now, the same day as the US only on Stan.
The new show follows fan-favorite characters Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) as they form an unlikely alliance and venture into a post-apocalyptic Manhattan.
They discover a city overrun by the undead and other dangerous inhabitants, presenting both physical and emotional challenges.

The Walking Dead: Dead City, a six-episode series, also features notable actors such as Gaius Charles, Željko Ivanek, and Logan Kim.
Showrunner and executive producer Eli Jorné leads the production, alongside executive producers Scott M. Gimple, Brian Bockrath, Lauren Cohan, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
The Walking Dead: Dead City is just the beginning of the expanded Walking Dead universe on Stan.
Later this year, a new series called The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will premiere.
Norman Reedus reprises his role as Daryl, who finds himself stranded in France and embarks on a journey to return home. Along the way, unexpected connections complicate his mission. The series also stars Clémence Poésy and Adam Nagaitis.
